DUI/DWAI Treatment Program

If you are given a DUI/DWAI ticket in the State of Colorado, An A.D.A.D. certified DUI/DWAI program must be completed in order to regain your driving privileges back. The amount of treatment is based on the number of offenses in a life time and your current B.A.C.(blood alcohol content) at the time of your current arrest.

LEVEL I TREATMENT

(first time offenders only, BAC below .10 )

$100.00 pays for both days Friday night and Saturday morning(12 hours over two days)
An official Intake of $95.00 must be completed prior to all Level I classes.
The sooner the Intake is completed the more likely you will get into the class you would like. Classes fill fast, so don't wait the week before the class weekend to enroll.

The Curriculum below is a Tracking System from A to D that will give you the proper classes that must be attended according to Motor Vehicle by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of Colorado.

LEVEL II TREATMENT TRACK CURRICULUM

(24 hrs. of Education is required prior to all therapy hours below.)

TRACK A/ Education plus 42 hours of level II Therapy. First-Time Offense/ Moderate blood Alcohol.(Between .05 - .17 BAC)
TRACK B/ Education plus 52 hrs. of Level II Therapy. First-Time Offense/ High blood Alcohol.(Over .17 BAC)
TRACK C/ Education plus 68 hrs. of Level II Therapy. Prior Offenses/Moderate blood Alcohol.(Below a .17 BAC)
TRACK D/ Education plus 86 hrs. of Level II Therapy. Prior Offenses/ High Blood Alcohol.(Above a .17 BAC)
